Initially, the conversation seemed to be going smoothly until Barr’s request for the finishing move. Knight hesitated, expressing that if he executed the move, “it’s not going to be a good day for anybody.” Despite Knight’s reluctance, the hosts persisted, even jokingly volunteering their floor manager to take on the challenge, humorously suggesting he was “leaving this week.”

The floor manager bravely walked onto the screen, throwing punches in the air as he approached the wrestlers. However, Waller, whose real name is Matthew Farrelly, didn’t find the situation amusing. He sternly warned, “I don’t think you understand. If I come over there, we are going to have the police here because I’m not going to give you some fake punch. I am going to punch you straight in the jaw.”

Undeterred, Waller confronted the floor manager directly, expressing his dissatisfaction with the perceived disrespect. “The disrespect that you give me when you act like this isn’t real. Don’t act tough. You guys disrespect us, are you kidding me? Don’t act tough, lad,” he asserted.

In response, host Matt Doran leapt out of his seat, pushing the floor manager back off the frame while apologizing to Waller. Barr, pleading innocence, insisted, “I’m not disrespecting you,” holding her hands up in defense. Waller, still visibly upset, emphasized, “You guys come here and try to disrespect us, are you kidding me?”

Expressing their love for Barr, Waller, and Knight, Waller made it clear that the perceived disrespect was directed at others. The tension in the room lingered as Waller glared at Doran. The producers seemingly took the altercation in good humor, playing John Cena’s theme song throughout the incident.

Fortunately, the segment concluded before the situation could escalate any further, bringing an end to the unexpected tension between the WWE wrestlers and the Sunrise hosts.
